In addition, we are more than happy to offer any new client the opportunity to advertise any amount of rental properties through our website. This will be carried out solely on a commission only basis which will be calculated at 10% of any rental income attained through our services.
Included in this service is the compilation of a designated web page within this website, with or without availability calendar, along with full handling of any bookings we achieve. Collection of all payments and deposits and transfer of funds into a dedicated bank account of your choice.
We also have a building division which covers all aspects of property maintenance and improvements.
